All sales are final. If you are purchasing a large piece and have questions, please don't hesitate to contact me beforehand.

As each piece is assembled and created by human hands, some individual variation between products may naturally occur. But things happen, and I want you to be happy with your final product.

If you have an issue with your product:

• Please contact the artist by email or phone
• Please allow 48 hours for a response
• Please include your name, contact information, and describe the issue in your email, text, or voicemail
• Please expect the artist to contact you to attempt to resolve the issue 
• Please note all sales are, still, ultimately, final
